How do I care for my trinket tray?

Your trinket tray is designed for decorative use and everyday keepsakes such as jewellery, keys, coins, hair clips, or small treasures.

To clean your tray, gently wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Please do not submerge it in water, place it in the dishwasher, or use harsh cleaning products.

Are the trinket trays food safe?

No. The trinket trays are not intended for food use. They are decorative pieces made for jewellery, keys, coins, and small keepsakes only.

Will every tray look exactly the same?

Each tray is made or finished by hand, so small variations may be present. Tiny air bubbles, slight colour differences, small surface marks, or minor imperfections can sometimes occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

I do my best to make every piece beautiful and carefully finished, but handmade items will not always look machine-perfect. This is part of what makes each piece unique.

How do I care for my bookmark?

Please keep your bookmark dry and avoid bending it sharply. Tassels and charms should be handled gently to keep them looking their best.

Shipping

How do you ship orders?

Orders are currently shipped using The Courier Guy.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Because Crane & Cloud is a small handmade shop, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packed and handed over to the courier, unless stated otherwise.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. Once your order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, delivery usually takes a few business days, but this may vary.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer collection or local pickup?

At this stage, orders are shipped via courier only.

Refunds & Returns

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because items are handmade and carefully packed, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email me within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This helps me review what happened and assist you as best as possible.

Can I return an item because of small handmade imperfections?

Small variations, tiny bubbles, slight colour differences, or minor surface marks are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults. Each product is checked before being packed.

Your personal information is used only to process your order, arrange delivery, communicate with you about your purchase, and provide customer support.

Your information is not sold or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.
