Thank you for shopping with Crane & Cloud. Each order is packed with care before being handed over to the courier.
Shipping Area
Crane & Cloud currently ships within South Africa only.
Courier Partner
Orders are currently shipped using The Courier Guy.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packed and handed over to the courier.
Crane & Cloud is a small handmade shop, so orders are packed with care and may not be shipped on the same day they are placed.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and The Courier Guy’s schedule.
Once your order has been collected by the courier, delivery usually takes a few business days, but outlying areas may take longer.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as these details are used for courier delivery.
Delivery Delays
I will do my best to pack and send your order as quickly as possible. However, courier delays can sometimes happen due to weather, busy periods, public holidays, service disruptions, or delivery area restrictions.
Once an order has been handed over to The Courier Guy, delivery timing is managed by the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
Crane & Cloud cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional courier costs to resend the order.
Damaged Parcels
Each order is carefully packed to help protect your items during delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at craneandcloud@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging
This helps me review the issue and assist you as best as possible.
Local Collection
At this stage, local collection or pickup is not available. Orders are shipped by courier only.
